Shipping policy
FOR SHIPPING IN CANADA:
The next level store offers different shipping options:
- UPS, CANPAR, PUROLATOR, FEDEX & OTHERS.
- STORE PICK UP IS FREE.
- FOR P.O. BOX DELIVERIES, PLEASE SELECT CANADA POST as other shipping options won't deliver to P.O. BOX
- And other Shipping options are available at Checkout.
Due to our high volume of shipments, The Next Level Store passes discounted shipping rates from Shipping Companies.
The Next level Store works closely with major carriers to ensure that your product gets to you on time.
You can expect to receive your shipment anywhere from 2-7 business days of the ship date in Canada.
FOR UNITED STATES SHIPPING:
USA Customs and Duties:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ADDITIONAL TARIFFS, DUTIES, AND TAXES ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL NOT BE COLLECTED DURING CHECKOUT.
Due to ongoing changes in U.S. import regulations and tariffs, the total cost of bringing goods into the United States can vary significantly depending on the product type, country of origin, and customs assessment at the time of entry. These charges may include import duties, tariffs, and local taxes, all of which are determined by U.S. Customs authorities and are not controlled by our store.
At this time, we are unable to accurately calculate or collect these fees during checkout, as they are applied separately by the carrier or customs once the shipment arrives in the United States. As a result, customers are responsible for paying any additional charges required to clear their package.
Please note that if a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will still be held responsible for any costs incurred, including shipping fees, return charges, and customs processing expenses. These charges are non-refundable, as they are imposed by third parties outside of our control.
We strongly recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their country’s import policies before placing an order to avoid any unexpected fees or delays.
FOR SHIPPING TO EUROPE:
Please advise that the customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes requested by the respective country. The Next Level Store does not collect nor is responsible for such expenses so please be sure to be aware of shipping costs from Canada to the respective country. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
You will have the opportunity to choose which shipping option on the checkout page.
Please note: THE NEXT LEVEL STORE takes full responsibility of handling an order and delivering it safely to the Shipper. Thereafter, Shipping Companies delivers the order to the customer. THE NEXT LEVEL STORE is not responsible for incorrect contact details provided by the customer or Shipping Companies delivery process.
We cannot be responsible for doorstep theft of THE NEXT LEVEL STORE packages delivered by shipping carriers.
